1.       All drivers must sign a release a waiver of liability indemnity.

2.       A drivers meeting will be held prior to event.  All drivers must be addressed at that time, not during or at the conclusion of the show.

3.       Protest fee is $200.00, and protester must be a driver.  They must have cash in hand.  Protests MUST be done before the show.  Only the protesting driver and official will look at the vehicle being protested, along with the driver of the vehicle being protested.  If the protested vehicle is found to be legal, that driver gets to keep the $200.00.  If the vehicle is found to be illegal, the $200.00 will go to the feature payout.  Official’s decisions are final!

4.       ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR DRUGS WILL BE PERMITTED ON GROUNDS, by any driver pit member, or spectator.  This will result in automatic disqualification and removal from grounds.

5.       Profanity will not be tolerated on any vehicles.

6.       The use of profanity will not be tolerated either.

7.       Any driver, or pit member, disobeying any of the rules, or fighting, will be disqualified, and removed from the grounds.

8.       Maximum of three trips through inspection.

9.       Events will be started and stopped by the sound of the siren and/or flags.

10.   Inspection will close one hour prior to the beginning of the event.

11.   Teaming or sand bagging will not be allowed.  THIS IS THE ONLY WARNING!!!  Any intentional driver’s door hits will result in immediate disqualification.

12.   Contact MUST be made every sixty seconds, or you will be disqualified.

13.   No tire spinning on grounds, or intentionally damaging the grounds, or you WILL be held liable, and disqualified.

14.   10 MPH in pit area.

15.   Must be at least 18 to drive, and have a valid driver’s license. (Unless in a special youth heat.)

16.   Must have working breaks, prior to the event.

17.   Full face helmets, seatbelts, harnesses and eye protection must be worn at all times during the event.

18.   Fire suits, long pants, long sleeves, gloves, and neck supports are highly recommended during the event.

19.   All cars are subject to re-inspection at any time before, during, or after the event, and before any prize money is awarded.

20.   Trailer hitches and braces must be removed.

21.   All vehicles with air bags, MUST disconnect and remove them.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

22.   "NEXT GENERATION" has the right to reject any and all entries.

23.   ALL OFFICIALS DECISIONS ARE FINAL!!

24.   Next Generation is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property, before, during, or after the event. Remember ... This is for fun, so think SAFETY
